Recently, the 1700-ton meter railway crane independently developed by CRRC Qiqihar Rolling Stock Co., Ltd. has successfully completed the curve leveling performance test, and the test index fully meets the design requirements. This result indicates that CRRC has mastered all the core technologies of international advanced railway cranes.

The 1700 ton meter railway crane set is the key subject of the science and technology research and development plan of the former Ministry of Railways in 2007. After the technical scheme passed the review and the technical design was completed, Qiqihar Vehicle Co., Ltd. began the trial production and related test work in 2013. So far, the vehicle has completed all major tests and parameter tests, such as static strength, dynamics, curve leveling and double rotation. The test results show that the lifting torque of the truck has exceeded the similar crane products at home and abroad, and the technical level has reached the international advanced.
