The center has set up a project team of energy-saving bridge cranes covering the upper, middle and lower reaches of the industry. After nearly two years of progress, the energy-saving bridge crane project has successfully developed 32t and 50t serialized double beam products, and the research on 10t, 5t, 16t and 20t serialized single beam products continues to advance. As the project fits the needs of transformation and upgrading of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, the products are highly targeted and welcomed by the market.

While promoting the lightweight design and development of the whole machine, the center also tried the component energy saving research for the first time, and established the project team "Research on Key Technologies of Graphene Supercapacitor in Lifting Machinery Energy Saving". The project takes graphene supercapacitor as the breakthrough point and uses the energy feedback mechanism to study the charge and discharge control of graphene capacitor, so as to achieve the goal of supplying power to the crane power system. As the project is related to the industrial application of new graphene materials in the field of energy storage, it has successfully attracted many enterprises in the electronics industry such as Haibo Rain Electronic Technology Wuxi Co., LTD., Suzhou Huichuan Technology Co., LTD.
