Crane overload protection device that overload limiter can measure and display a variety of parameters, such as weight, three-phase current, average current, three-phase voltage, average voltage, cumulative running time, total overload times and so on. With over current, under voltage, unbalance, blocking, short circuit, lack of phase, misphase, overvoltage protection. When the lifting equipment is shut down due to overload operation, the fault code is directly displayed to provide reference for users to deal with the fault.

Overload protection includes two types of lifting weight limiter and lifting moment limiter.

1. Lifting weight limiter

is mainly used for bridge (door) crane, used to limit the weight, when the load exceeds the rated weight, so that the crane to stop lifting up, only down to achieve the role of safety protection.

2. Torque limiter

Moment limiter is divided into boom amplitude limiter and car amplitude limiter.

For the floating crane, the boom is generally used for amplitude variation, and the torque limiter is often used for overload protection.

For the tower crane using the trolley for amplitude, generally use the weight limiter and torque limiter to jointly implement overload protection.

Main technical data

1. Early warning function: when the weight is more than 90% of the rated weight, low frequency sound and light alarm will be issued.

2, alarm protection: when the weight is more than 100% of the rated weight, emit high frequency acousto-visual alarm, if the delay time (can be manually set), still not eliminate the alarm, automatically disconnect the rising circuit, prohibit lifting action, at the same time emit continuous long alarm sound and alarm indicator high frequency flashing.

3, immediate protection: when the weight is greater than 105% of the rated weight, immediately disconnect the lifting circuit, no lifting action, at the same time, emit a long alarm sound and alarm indicator flashing at high frequency.

4. Overload count record: when the crane is working normally, the number of overload is recorded.

5. Record of accumulated working time: record the total working time of the crane.
