1.3 Inspection of vehicle operation mechanism

General steps for inspection of large vehicle operating mechanism:

A, the car running mechanism fixed inspection: check whether the fixing of the running mechanism is safe and reliable, whether the bolt is fastened and whether the bolt is damaged.

Two, the inspection of the reducer: see whether the reducer has oil leakage and whether it needs refueling, but also check whether the sound of the reducer is normal when running.

Three, motor inspection: check whether the wiring is loose, whether the junction box is loose. Four, brake inspection: check whether the brake can open normally, measure whether the brake clearance is within the allowable range, check the wear and thickness of the friction plate, if it needs to be replaced immediately, check whether the fixing bolts and adjusting nuts of the brake are loose.

1.4 Check the control electrical box

The inspection of the control electric box is the first inspection of the cable entering the control box entrance: check whether the seal is in good condition and whether the cable joint is tight. The next is whether the remote control receiver can work normally, whether the indicator light is normal, whether the signal output plug is fastened and reliable. Then check whether the terminal block is aging and whether the wiring on the terminal block is loose. Check whether various switches are in good condition and whether various contactors and relay wiring are loose.

1.5 Inspection of trolley

The first inspection of the car is the inspection of its mechanism, that is, whether the various parts of the connection is loose, whether the weld cracks. Second is to check whether the buffer is fixed in good condition and firm, there is no aging. Next, check whether the fixing of the trolley running mechanism is firm and reliable, and whether the fixing bolts or nuts are fastened. Finally, the gearbox, brake inspection, their inspection is almost the same as the big car.

1.6 Check of lifting part

Crane lifting part is the top priority in crane maintenance, because it directly affects the frequency of a crane accident.

General steps for lifting part inspection:

First, check the wear and tear of the surface of the drum, surface lubrication, whether the wire rope is job-hopping, whether the drum is rusty, etc.

Two, check whether the wire rope has defects, damage, broken strands, broken wires, loose strands and other phenomena, check whether the wire rope press rope block is loose.

Three, hook external damage, bolt loosening, safety buckle is intact, hook head rotation is free.

Four, check the fixing of the lifting limit switch, whether the lock nut is fastened, check the functions of the limit switch and whether the wiring is loose.

Five, check whether the lifting motor is fixed reliably, check whether the connection inside the junction box is firm, whether there is noise when the motor is running.
