1.1 Lubrication of crane

For crane lubrication, first of all to understand the replacement of reducer lubricants. For cranes installed first, the lubricating oil in the reducer box should be replaced for the first time after 200 hours or 2 months of use. When the first lubricating oil is replaced, the lubricating oil should be used to wash the reducer, and the magnetic bolts should be cleaned at the same time. After the first change of lubricating oil, under normal circumstances, the lubricating oil should be replaced once a year. For the larger reduction box, according to the condition of oil quality, appropriate extension of the replacement of lubricating oil cycle. When refueling, attention should be paid to prevent dust from entering and ensure oil quality. The amount of oil is not the more the better, should be moderate.
For bearing lubrication, crane bearing lubrication is mostly centralized lubrication, hoist car bearing refueling nozzle concentrated on the car end beam; The refueling nozzle of the wheel bearing is concentrated on the end beam of the wagon. But there are also individual refueling nozzle separate distribution, refueling do not miss. The lubrication cycle of bearings is the same as the periodic maintenance cycle. After filling the oil, be sure to put the sealing cap on the oil nozzle to prevent rust.
1.2 Inspection of the vehicle and peripheral parts
For this part of the inspection, the first is the inspection of the car track: spot check track bolt is tight, visual test track flatness, but also look at the wear of the track, to judge whether there is a big car wheel gnawing rail phenomenon. Next, check the sliding line: check the flatness of the sliding line and the fastening of the fixed bracket and bolts, as well as whether the sliding line interface is safe, and see whether the power indicator is working normally. Then the inspection of the main power cable: check whether the cable is fixed reliably and whether there is damage. Then check the connection between the cart and the end beam: check whether the bolts are loose or broken. Next comes the track inspection of the trolley, which is the same as the track inspection of the large car. There is the check of the limit, to see whether the limit is good.
