Sichuan Chengdu Chengde Heavy Forging Co., Ltd. was established in 2004 and is a large-scale joint-stock enterprise specializing in mechanical free forging and machining. Located in Xindu District, Chengdu, the company benefits from convenient transportation—situated just a 20-minute drive from downtown Chengdu—and is easily accessible via the Baocheng Railway, Dacheng Railway, National Highway 108, the Cheng-Mian Expressway, and the Chengde Rapid Transit Corridor, ensuring prompt service and efficient logistics.
The company occupies a site of 38,000 square meters and is a specialized enterprise dedicated to mechanical free forging and machining. Its products are certified under the ISO 9001:2000 quality system, ensuring high precision and superior performance. The company employs over 160 staff members, including more than 30 highly skilled technical professionals. Key equipment includes a 2,000-ton hydraulic press (for forgings up to 20 tons), a 2-ton air hammer, a 4-ton electro-hydraulic hammer, a 5-meter ring rolling machine (capable of handling rings up to 5 meters in diameter), as well as over 40 additional machines such as vertical lathes, horizontal lathes, sawing machines, and overhead cranes. Our forged components are exported to industrial powerhouses like the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, India, Australia, and other advanced economies.
After more than a decade of development, the company has accumulated extensive experience in manufacturing metallurgical products, power plant components, pressure vessels, fan spindles, flanges, wind turbines, and a wide range of forged parts.
