An European-style crane refers to one designed and manufactured according to Chinese crane standards, while adhering to relevant European crane regulations.
The crane is primarily composed of several key components: the bridge, trolley, hoist mechanism, electrical system, and operator cabin (though for ground-level operation without an operator cabin). It comes in 12 different lifting capacities: 5 tons, 8 tons, 10 tons, 12.5 tons, 16 tons, 20 tons, 25 tons, 32 tons, 40 tons, 50 tons, 63 tons, and 80 tons. Custom orders are available for other lifting capacities upon request. The crane’s span ranges from 7.5 meters to 31.5 meters, and it operates effectively within a temperature range of -25°C to +40°C. Designed for medium-duty applications, this crane boasts exceptional safety features, ergonomic design, and efficient, streamlined material handling. Its compact size and structure also make it highly space-saving, making it ideal for use in mechanical manufacturing, assembly lines, warehouses, and similar environments. However, it is not suitable for hazardous conditions involving self-explosive or flammable materials, corrosive gases, or environments with relative humidity exceeding 85%. Additionally, it is not recommended for lifting molten metals.
1. The main beams of the metal structure section are either skewed-box girders or rolled steel girders, while the end beams are fabricated by welding structural steel sections or steel plates. The end beams are securely connected to the main beams using high-strength bolt assemblies.
2. The trolley is equipped with a Leicester-style electric hoist.
3. The trolley travel mechanism adopts a separately driven design, available in two options:
a. The motor features soft-start capabilities, eliminating the need for external starting resistors or additional technical measures—simply powering it up delivers a "soft-start" effect. Additionally, the motor is equipped with a flat-surface friction brake whose braking speed is adjustable. This significantly reduces the jolts and shocks typically experienced during crane startup and shutdown. The deceleration system employs a closed-type hard-toothed gear design, with precision-ground teeth that ensure smooth operation, minimal noise, high load capacity, low temperature rise, and extended service life.
b. Superior performance, even better results.
