[Scope of Application] These regulations apply to the safe operation, maintenance, and upkeep of lifting operations involving the 600-liter transfer tank at the mixing station.

I. Preparations Before Turning On the Device:
1.1. Operators must undergo training by the workshop safety officer and pass the assessment before being authorized to operate.
1.2. Before use, carefully inspect all components—including the secure installation of lifting points, the condition of hooks, safety detents, chain links, remote control switches, wire ropes, wire rope clips, and other protective devices—to ensure they are intact and free from damage before proceeding with operation.
2. Power-on procedure:
2.1. Plug in the power supply and turn on the control power.
2.2. Test-run the crane before lifting heavy objects.
III. Operations and Precautions During Equipment Operation:
3.1. The weight of lifted objects must not exceed the crane's specified capacity.
3.2. It is strictly prohibited to stand or walk under heavy objects during operation.
3.3. Do not overload the device.
3.4. The brake band must not be contaminated with oil or grease.
3.5. When equipment is being lifted, no safety measures are in place, and no part of the human body should ever be positioned directly beneath the suspended load.
3.6. Lifting chains should be used in a vertically suspended position, with their inclination maintained within an angle of no more than 10°–15° relative to the vertical line. Double-strand chains must not be allowed to twist or flip over. When the diameter at the worn area decreases by 10% of the original diameter, the chain should be replaced immediately. Additionally, if the chain undergoes plastic elongation reaching 5% of its original length, it must be replaced without delay. Severely rusted chains are also unfit for further use and should be discarded.
3.7. Strictly follow the lifting safety operating procedures; lifting flammable or explosive materials is strictly prohibited. This machine should not be used to carry personnel, nor should it lift corrosive items that could cause splash-related injuries.
3.8. When lifting, the lower hook must not come into contact with the body of the equipment; maintain a minimum clearance of 50 mm between them.
4. Parking Procedure:
4.1. After the crane has completed lifting, place the mixing motor assembly onto the support frame—long-term suspension during lifting is strictly prohibited.
4.2. After parking, unplug the power cord.
V. Daily Equipment Maintenance and Servicing:
5.1. Regularly inspect all parts of the crane to promptly identify any abnormalities, such as chain links with cracks or deformations; report and address any issues immediately upon discovery.
6. Safety Precautions:
6.1. When lifting objects, no one should be present around or beneath them to prevent personal injury caused by heavy objects falling.
6.2. This unit should be stored properly—do not stack or place it haphazardly—to prevent impacts, moisture exposure, and rusting. If any cracks are detected on the machine body, it must not be used under any circumstances.
6.3. The enclosure of this unit must be reliably grounded (or earthed) to prevent electric shock.
6.4. If you notice any abnormal conditions during operation, such as unusual noises, changes in speed, or loss of control, immediately stop using the equipment.
6.5. When the ambient temperature drops below -10°C, the maximum load must not exceed 50% of the machine's rated load.
6.6. The supply voltage shall not be lower than 90% of the rated voltage.
