Release time:2020-02-13

1. Drivers must have received professional training, be familiar with mechanical structures and operational performance, and hold the required certification to work.

2. Non-drivers are not permitted to operate, and drivers must refrain from operating when intoxicated or unwell.

3. When starting the operation, first issue a warning to alert attention.

4. Both major overhauls before leaving the factory and the disassembly and reassembly of bridge cranes must be followed by testing. Use is permitted only after confirming that the equipment meets the required technical specifications.

5. Before starting work, inspect the safety and lubrication conditions of all braking and structural components, and verify that all limit switches and safety devices are functioning smoothly and reliably.

6. Bridge cranes must have reliable grounding, and the casings of all electrical equipment should be properly connected to the crane’s structure.

7. All safety protection devices and limit switches must be complete, sensitive, and functional.

8. For nighttime operations, adequate lighting is essential.

9. Strictly follow the "Ten No-Lift" rules during operations, and when the bridge crane is out of service, the hook and trolley must be retracted to their designated positions.

10. The traveling rails of the bridge crane must be free of obstructions and any localized settlement.

11. Drivers must explain the equipment status during shift handover, and the incoming driver is responsible for inspecting and conducting a test run of the equipment to ensure safety before resuming normal operations. A shift handover record must also be maintained.

12. After completing the task, return all control switch panels to the zero position, turn off the power supply, and securely lock the switchbox and operator’s cabin.
