Crane Lifting Operations: 1) When multiple cranes lift a single component simultaneously, the load borne by each individual crane must comply with the requirements outlined in the specialized construction plan. 2) The attachment points of lifting slings must adhere to the guidelines specified in the specialized construction plan. 3) During crane operations, no personnel should remain beneath the crane boom, and lifted objects must not pass directly above people. 4) Cranes are prohibited from using lifting attachments to carry workers. 5) When transporting loose or easily scattered items, dedicated lifting cages must be used. 2. Work at Heights: 1) Elevated work platforms must be set up according to established regulations.
The 1,700-ton-meter railway crane unit was a key project under the former Ministry of Railways' 2007 Science and Technology Research & Development Plan. After the technical proposal passed review and the detailed design was completed, Qiqihar Vehicle Co., Ltd. began prototype manufacturing and related testing activities in 2013. To date, the vehicle has successfully completed all major tests—such as static strength, dynamics, curve stabilization, and dual-rotation—as well as comprehensive parameter evaluations. This innovative structure is particularly well-suited for applications where factory space is severely limited, enabling operations that would otherwise be impossible with conventional bridge cranes.
